Are not happy with the way things are and would like to make a difference.

Can resist the understandable, but misguided urge to find “a tool” or an immediate answer to messy problems and instead embrace the reality that significant change begins when we slow down, reflect upon and challenge our mental models about the way the world works and might be changed.

May work in an important institution in the community, but view their institutions as organizational tools that can be reshaped and upgraded.
Are hungry to have open conversations with others about questions and ideas that until now they have only mused about quietly on their own.
