The work of the ESPC is done by a handful of dedicated staff.
Susan Morrissey, Executive Director
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Edmonton Social Planning Council, working as the liaison between the Board of Directors, staff and the community at large.
John Kolkman, Research Coordinator
Directs and co-ordinates the Councils research initiatives and develops effective partnerships with other stakeholders to conduct community-based research.
Stephen MacDonald, Resource Coordinator
Responsible for management and promotion of the resource library, consulting with community partners regarding their social research priorities and needs, and assisting with ESPC research projects.
Joseph Ahorro, Research and Communications Assistant
Assists with the Council's research projects and coordinates the ESPC's communication with the public.
Sabrina Sperber, Administrative Assistant
Administrative support to the Executive Director, administrative supervision, Board relations, community relations, financial management and personnel administration.
Brittany Christiani, MacEwan Social Work Practicum Student
Works with the Council from September 2011 to April 2012 academic term. Practicum duties would largely involve research support and contributing towards ESPC publications.
