The work of the ESPC is done by a handful of dedicated staff.

Susan Morrissey, Executive Director
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Edmonton Social Planning Council, working as the liaison between the Board of Directors, staff and the community at large.

John Kolkman, Research Coordinator
Directs and co-ordinates the Council's research initiatives and develops effective partnerships with other stakeholders to conduct community-based research.

Stephen MacDonald, Resource Coordinator
Responsible for management and promotion of the resource library, consulting with community partners regarding their social research priorities and needs, and assisting with ESPC research projects.

Virginia Dowdell, Research and Communications Assistant
Supports the Council's research projects, manages the volunteer researchers, and coordinates the ESPC's communication to community stakeholders and to the public.

Stephanie Haar, Executive Assistant
Administrative support to the Executive Director, administrative supervision, Board relations, community relations, financial management and personnel administration.
