Now Available! Social Research Directory 2010 Edition Print E-mail

In 1989, the Edmonton Social Planning Council published the Social Research Directory.  This guide was created to provide information about library collections of use to social researchers.  While the ESPC hoped to update the Directory biannually, no further editions have appeared.  We believe that this is a valuable resource for the social research community, and we have resurrected this publication for researchers in 2010.

The Directory is a listing of libraries and resource centres in Edmonton that collect information about the individuals and groups that make up society, their welfare, and their interactions, and that provide public access to their collection, even if material does not circulate or hours and service are limited.

This is a great tool for anyone doing research in the community.  Check out the Directory to see what resource collections might be available to help your work!
