The Edmonton Social Planning Council released the results of its 2008 Edmonton Renters' Survey.

The report, Not Just a Roof Over our Heads, reveals that the rental housing crisis has not abated.  Despite the recent increase in the rental vacancy rate, the situation has become worse for many renters over the past year.

The Council's recommendations in response to the survey findings are reviewed in the companion report, It's Time to Step Up.
